77sbc is an online betting and casino platform that provides services for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 77sbc and its users.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

77sbc reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time when necessary. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are currently accepted for depositing money at 77sbc:

• Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
• Bank Transfer — Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no set upper limit on deposit amounts, however additional verification may be required for large amounts.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.

The following conditions apply at the time of withdrawal:

• The account must be fully verified.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been met.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). There is no option to transact in foreign currency.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and get a ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳18,000 or more and the bonus is capped at ৳8,000 → total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To claim the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn.

The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met. Not all games may contribute equally toward wagering calculations — contact our support team for details.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once per account.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• 77sbc reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

6.1 Betting Markets

77sbc offers markets for various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi, as well as online casino games. All markets are operated under fair play principles. The decisions of the relevant authority are final in determining market outcomes.

6.2 Bet Cancellation Rules

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or incomplete, the related bets will be cancelled and the stake will be refunded. 77sbc reserves the right to cancel bets arising from incorrect odds or betting conditions caused by technical errors.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games are governed by the rules of the respective game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming). If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, a fair resolution will be applied based on the state of the game at that point.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of an account and forfeiture of any balance:

• Placing bets using automated bots, software, or scripts.
• Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on someone else's behalf.
• Using unauthorized payment methods or stolen information.
• Attempting to disrupt the security or infrastructure of the platform.

8.1 Closure at the User's Request
